K7PP REPEATER NETWORK HAS BEEN RE-ENGINEERED

K7PP Repeater Network is a series of Radio Relay Stations on nearby

Mountains linked together by radio to allow public communications

throughout most of Western Washington.

Designed and built by K7PP, Peter Policani, the system has evolved

over the years but has retained the same goal over three decades.

K7PP Repeater has been rebuilt and changed in many ways recently.

We no longer support a repeater network on the Two Meter Frequency of 147.200.

We have handed this frequency off to another to enhance a growing need on Two

meters in the Puget Sound area.

High costs of site rental and insurance as well as the decrease in financial

support have forced the closure of several of our high profile sites.

What is Left is a Network of three UHF repeaters and One Two meter repeater

that are connected together full time by Amateur Radio.

These repeaters will be offered for public use as long as costs permit.

Accessing any repeater on the system will allow your signal to

appear on the output of all the others.

Here's how:

Look at the coverage maps and projected coverage areas and select the site closest to you.

Transmitting and getting a response from any one of these sites means you have accessed them all.

A ham listening to any one of them will hear your transmission and will be able to respond.
